To remember is painful.... to forget is impossible...

Grief is the rope burns left behind when what we have held to most dearly is pulled out of reach, beyond our grasp.

when something bad happens you have three choices. you can either let it define you, let it destroy you, or you can let it strengthen you.

cant go back, but dont know how to go forward
